    Do you own the land on this website?

    Yes, we own each property and sell directly to customers with no third party involved. This is one of the reasons we can sell land so inexpensivly.

    How does buying land online work?

    It may seem strange at first but it is really quite simple. You choose BUY IT NOW you own the property as soon as we receive full payment for it. We will send you a Purchase Agreement via email to sign. We will then sign the deed to the property over to you and have the property recorded in your name at the county.

    What fees do you charge in addition to the purchase price?

    There is a one time non-refundable document processing fee of $199.00 for each property over $1000.00 For properties purchased at $999.00 or less the document processing fee is $99.00

    Are there minerals rights guranteed for the properties?

    StoreOne Properties makes no guarantees concerning mineral rights or the lack thereof. If the Seller is aware of the lack of mineral rights, disclosure will be made in the disclosure statement of each of the properties. However, buyers should do their own research to find out if the property has mineral rights or lack thereof.

    Should i visit the property before buying?

    YES, we strongly recommend that you inspect the property before buying. You should also check with the county on the zoning and approved uses of the property. Particularly, the County Development Services Department will also be able to tell you about the current and future development plans for the area. While we will do our best to tell you everything we know about each property, nothing replaces the value of doing your own research and due diligence.

    Does each property have access to utilities?

    Unless indicated in the description, it should be assumed that all properties are rural and do not have utilities

    What is the zoning on each property?

    We provide some basic zoning information in the property listing, but we strongly encourage all buyers to do their own research and contact the county where the property is located (typically the planning & zoning or planning & development department) prior to purchasing to determine what activities are allowed or prohibited on the property.

How does buying land online work?

    Unless indicated in the description, it should be assumed that all properties are rural and do not have utilities.

    It may seem strange at first but it is really quite simple. You have 2 options, "BUY IT NOW" or "FINANCE IT NOW". If you choose BUY IT NOW you own the property as soon as we receive full payment for it. We will then deed the property to you and have it recorded in your name at the county. If you choose to FINANCE IT NOW you will be guided through check out, just choose the payment terms that fit your needs and pay the 1st month payment and doc fee at check out. We will send you a Land Contract and Promissory Note via email to sign also. Once you have completed check out you have reserved the property and will own it once all the payments are made. When the payments are complete we will sign the deed to the property over to you and have the property recorded in your name.

Does each property have access to utilities?

    There are a few processes that must be completed before a property is considered “sold”: 1. StoreOne Properties must be in receipt of the total purchase price 2. StoreOne Properties must be in receipt of a completed Purchase Agreement along with a signed & initialed Purchaser Disclosure Acknowledgment.
